Liposuction is always at the top of the list of the most frequently performed cosmetic plastic surgery procedures. It is a fairly simple procedure that can be performed in an outpatient setting with a few days recovery.
While no substitute for proper diet and exercise, Liposuction can provide selective removal of problem spots. Unlike weight loss, where the fat leaves in a genetically programmed order, patients who elect to have Liposuction can choose the areas where they would like the fat to vacate.

Liposuction Before and After Picture
The amount of Liposuction can range widely, but in general, fewer than five liters are removed at one time to enhance the safety and predictability of your procedure. As discussed in the previous segment from Body Beautiful, Gynecomastia is often treated with a combination of liposuction and excision.
Liposuction of the lower back and flanks removes love handles and the muffin top.
