Massive weight loss will shrink our volume, but does not reliably shrink our skin. In the before and after pictures above, breast volume is restored with breast implants. Sagging breast skin is tightened with a breast lift. Excess abdominal skin is removed, and the belly bulge caused by stretched out abdominal muscles is flattened by preparing the muscle sheath.
