Brachioplasty (Arm Lifts) are always at the top of the list of the most frequently performed cosmetic plastic surgery procedures after weight loss. While diet, exercise, and even bariatric surgery, can significantly reduce body fat, they cannot shrink over stretched skin. This is exactly what Brachioplasty, literally arm changing, surgery can do.
Arm Lifts provide selective removal of excess skin, and any residual disproportionate fat from your arms. Unlike weight loss, or Liposuction, which unstuff the arms, Brachioplasty removes loose arm skin.

Arm Lift (Brachioplasty) Before and After Picture
The amount of excess skin treated with Brachioplasty can range widely. When the upper arm is full of disproportionate fat, but the skin is tight, Liposuction may be a better option. When the skin is floppy, however, an Arm Lift is the best cosmetic plastic surgery procedure currently available.
